Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Ramadan Advent Calendar ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The App is developed and operated by Really Random Studio, LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Ramadan Advent Calendar is a mobile application that provides daily Islamic content, activities, and features for the month of Ramadan. The App includes:
- Daily wisdom and reflections
- Collectible digital gifts
- Interactive activities and quizzes
- Dhikr (remembrance) counter
- Content for children ("Little Ones" section)
- Pre-Ramadan preparation features
In-App Purchases
Important: Please read this section carefully before making a purchase.
Free Content
The first 5 days of content are available free of charge. This allows you to evaluate the App before making a purchase.
Full Access Purchase
A one-time in-app purchase ("Full Access") unlocks all 30 days of content and all features. The current price is $4.99 USD (or equivalent in your local currency as determined by the App Store).
- This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription
- Once purchased, Full Access is yours permanently
- Full Access is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device signed into that account
Payment Processing
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. We do not have access to your payment information.
Refunds
All purchases are handled through the App Store. If you wish to request a refund, you must do so through Apple. We recommend reviewing the free content before purchasing to ensure the App meets your expectations.

Restoring Purchases
If you reinstall the App or install it on a new device, you can restore your purchase at no additional cost using the "Restore Purchase" option in the App. You must be signed into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose — personal spiritual and educational use. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App's content without permission
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the App
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
- Share your purchase with others outside your household (purchases are for personal/family use)
Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including text, graphics, artwork, audio, and software, is the property of Really Random Studio, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Islamic content (Quranic verses, hadith) are from authentic sources and are presented for educational and spiritual benefit.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
The Islamic content provided is for general spiritual and educational purposes. For specific religious rulings or guidance, please consult qualified Islamic scholars.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Really Random Studio, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
Changes to the App
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the App available, especially during Ramadan, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
